Hull 'may pleasantly surprise' your mistress

Unfaithful men looking to take their mistress somewhere special may like to consider Hull, as it may "pleasantly surprise".

Sharron Wilson, tourism marketing officer at Visit Hull & East Yorkshire, claims that Hull has something to offer everyone, be it coast, countryside or city centre nightlife.

Ms Wilson believes that tourists should not ignore the area and that many people who visit Hull say they will return.

She said: " Whatever you want, we have got it ... A high percentage of people that travel to Hull are very surprised and think it is fantastic.

"The majority of them do come back again. It is one of those places that you have to go and see for yourself."

Therefore, Hull could be an ideal spot in which to spend a romantic weekend with an extra-marital lover and could be on the cards for a return visit.

People who do decide to visit Hull may want to stay in a bed and breakfast, as these sorts of establishments have become more popular of late because of their hospitality and value, an expert recently said.
