Middle aged 'least satisfied with sex lives'
13 Jan 2011
People aged between 45 and 55 are least satisfied with their sex lives, despite them being most confident about their bedroom skills. That is according to a survey by the Associated Press, which reveals that 24 per cent of 45 to 55-year-olds are not satisfied with their sex lives, reports secondact.com.
Findings reveal that 61 percent of men believe that sex is a critical part of a healthy romantic relationship, an opinion shared by 47 per cent of women.
Of this age group, 74 per cent said they had not had sex in the past six months. It also revealed that 60 per cent of people had sexual fantasies about people other than their current partner.
Those dissatisfied with the amount of nookie they are getting could consider having an adulterous relationship.
This is because people who want to do more than sleep in the bedroom can do so, meaning they are no longer dissatisfied with their sex lives.
