Look fresh-faced after a night of passion with your extra-marital lover

Women who are currently enjoying the benefits of an adulterous relationship may have noticed that they look tired after enjoying a night of passion with their extra-marital lover.

This may also have garnered unwanted attention from a spouse, which may lead to suspicions about why they are so tired.

However, this need not be the case, as by using the right make-up, women can look fresh-faced despite being tired.

Celebrity makeup artist Ariane Poole said that women "can definitely" appear fresh faced even if they are lacking in sleep.

"When we haven't had much sleep we tend to rub our eyes and our eyes also tend to water so try a 24-hour mascara.

"Give your cheeks a flush of colour - something in an apricot or rose pink shade would be best. Finish with a tinted lip balm," she said.

According to the Olay Big British Beauty poll half of women consider youthful-looking skin as the top most important beauty attribute.
