David Beckham playing away from home?

David Beckham has been accused of playing away from home with a lingerie saleswoman.

Earlier this year, In Touch magazine claimed that the footballer had had a bit of nookie with a $10,000 (£6,445) per night prostitute named Irma Nici.

Now, the news provider is claiming Mr Beckham has been enjoying some late-night bedroom antics with the saleswoman.

According to RadarOnline: "A source told In Touch how the lingerie store worker showed friends text messages she received from Beckham and that In Touch continued to believe that Beckham did have a relationship with this lingerie saleswoman."

The LA Galaxy player vehemently denied the affair with Ms Nici and began legal proceedings to sue In Touch for £16 million in damages.

Sources close to Mr Beckham have also denied these latest rumours, claiming they are a "smokescreen" created by the tabloid magazine.

They said: "[Mr Beckham] is not backing down - he plans to go full throttle in this matter. This posturing, with no evidence and no facts, isn't going to stall the inevitable."
