Lack of adventure in the bedroom leaves women 'stuck in a rut' Millions of women feel they are "stuck in a rut" and think their lives are "too ordinary" because of lack of adventure when it comes to a bit of nookie.

A survey by fashion website very.co.uk found that six in ten women think lack of money and boredom have made their lives dull, reports the Daily Express.

Women believe that a lack of social life, style and bedroom excitement has made many women feel they are stuck in the same routine.

Behavioural expert Judi James said: "The research shows how easy it is for us to fall into an 'ordinary trap'. Making small but regular changes like breaking bland habits can be an instant way to reboot positivity and happiness levels."

One idea for women who are bored with their humdrum existence could be to get an extra-marital lover, as this will provide adventure in the bedroom and boost their social lives.
