Unfaithful joggers have more active sex lives

Those looking for a bit on the side may want to think about taking up jogging, as a new study has revealed joggers have more active sex lives. The study by healthcare charity Sue Ryder Care found that a quarter of joggers do so in order to flirt with members of the opposite sex, reports the Daily Telegraph.
It found that one in ten joggers has sex at least once a day, in comparison to non runners, 25 per cent of whom said they had sex once a month or less.
Over a third of the people who jog said that they were able to strike up a conversation with a prospective bedroom buddy while running - a technique branded 'flunning'.
Laura Savory, running and events manager at the charity, told the news provider: "We were tickled to discover this new craze which seems to have really caught on everywhere. We estimate that there are almost 600,000 flunners in the UK.
"It's a great opportunity for single runners to get out there and find their lovematch."
