Foreplay key to many women reaching orgasm
9 Nov 2010
For many women, including those taking part in a secret affair, foreplay is key to reaching orgasm.Mo Kurimbokus, couple relationship counsellor and psychosexual therapist with Relate, claims that in many ways, a woman's orgasm is much like making a good cup of coffee.
He said: "If you want a hot cup of coffee you pop the kettle on to your cooker, turn on the heat, but ... if you just click the kettle off before it has had the chance to whistle, you end up with cold coffee.
"The woman needs time for that kettle to warm up and that's where foreplay comes into play."
This may come of interest to unfaithful men who are looking to get their mistress to reach climax during a bit of nookie.
Mr Kurimobkus's comments follow an article in The Sun, which reported that scientists from Jersey's Rutgers University have mapped what goes on inside a woman's brain during an orgasm.
The researchers found that the female orgasm affects up to 30 different parts of a woman's brain.
