Flirting 'all about being playful'

People looking for a bit of nookie with an extra-marital lover may be interested to hear that flirting is "all about being playful".

James Preece, The Dating Guru, claims that babies are born with a natural ability to flirt but as people get older, they forget how to do it successfully.

He said: "Keep smiling and hold eye contact. By doing so, you'll engage the other person and create a strong reaction.

"Asking lots of positive questions can help too. Nothing is sexier than showing an interest in someone!"

If you want to make the other person feel that you are both in a "deep state of attraction" you should extend eye contact with your prospective bedroom buddy, as this will "dramatically increase rapport".

Recent research by social networking website Badoo.com found that Spanish women are the world's greatest online flirters. It revealed that women in the UK are the 14th best online flirts.
