Secret affair may save 'cold marriage'

Secret affair may save 'cold marriage' Having a secret affair may be a good way to save a marriage that has become boring in terms of the physical side of the relationship.

That is because couples who no longer see their partner in a romantic way could have a bit of nookie with an extra-marital lover, therefore becoming satisfied sexually without having to split up from their spouse.

Research carried out by travel insurance company Saga found that 28 per cent of couples over 50 looking to break up wanted to do so because the relationship had become emotionally cold, reports the Daily Mail.

A quarter of respondents said the lack of sex was becoming burdensome and 14 per cent blamed nagging.

All of these problems could be solved if a couple decides to take the increasingly popular decision to partake in negotiated adultery.

This means both parties agree to stay together, without feeling they must remain loyal sexually.

Should this be agreed upon, both parties may enjoy a bit of nookie and some married dating and may find their relationship improves through infidelity.
