Gavin Henson needs a bit of nookie

Strictly Come Dancing star Gavin Henson has been told he needs a bit of nookie if he is to progress in the competition.

Henson has been described as "stiff and wooden" - which may be considered a good thing if the speaker was referring to him in terms of the bedroom rather than the dance floor.

Craig Revel Horwood, a judge on the BBC programme, said: "I think a romance might help Gavin. It might improve his hip action!

"I think Gavin and Katya have got great chemistry between them. They're wonderful. But unfortunately for Gavin, Katya has a boyfriend."

Although his dancing partner Katya Virshilas does have a significant other, this may not stop her from getting a bit on the side from the rugby player, as in the past dancers have begun romantic relationships with their celebrity dance partners.

In last year's competition, dancer Kristina Rihanoff and boxer Joe Calzaghe began a secret affair during the filming of the show.
