Lingerie 'an important part of seduction process'

Women looking to get a bit of nookie with an extra-marital lover should consider investing in some "special lingerie" as it is a very important part of the seduction process.

That is according to Lowri Turner, TV presenter and journalist, who said that when women are in long-term relationships they tend to wear underwear that is comfortable rather than to please their partner.

However, when it comes to a new adulterous relationship, this may all change as women may want to wear lingerie for their new beau.

She said: "You have had a partner for a long time you tend to wear the underwear for yourself - you wear the comfy underwear.

"But if you are dating or if you are in a relatively new relationship underwear is a very important part of the seduction process. You are going to want to wear the sexy little number."

Ms Turner was speaking on behalf of Triumph which recently conducted research ahead of London Fashion Week.

The underwear company found that when women celebrate their bodies by wearing fitting clothes, 73 per cent said they feel more confident and claimed 'nights out' were a key time for celebrating their shape.
