Balthazar Getty's wife forgives adulterous relationship

The wife of US actor Balthazar Getty, who famously had an adulterous relationship with Sienna Miller, has forgiven his adultery because of her "spiritual" and "understanding" ways.

Getty was spotted indulging in a secret affair with Miller in 2008, shortly after his wife Rosetta had given birth to their fourth child.

In an interview with Harper's Bazaar, the unfaithful actor explained that he missed his family "too much" to not win them back.

He told the news provider: "Here's the bottom line: it was a very challenging time for everybody involved.

"But I loved and missed my family too much not to make it work. Rosetta is understanding and spiritual enough to let us try."

Getty and Miller were rumoured to have broken up because the Alias star was unwilling to finalise his divorce from Rosetta and move to London.

Since splitting with Getty, the actress has patched things up with Jude Law, who was famously caught playing away from home behind Miller's back in 2005.
