Stress bad for sex
8 Sep 2010
Mounting stress in people's lives is having an adverse effect on thier enjoyment of sex, a survey has found.Researchers looked at men and women from across 13 Asian countries in an attempt to discover what affect stress has on a bit of nookie.
It found that 70 per cent of men and 66 per cent of women in Taiwan are dissatisfied with sex because of stress. And this finding was mirrored throughout the respondents.
They revealed that additional factors, such as anxiety, also had an adverse effect on the enjoyment of sex.
However, the researchers claim people need suitable outlets in which to release their daily stresses and that sex was actually a very good means, being cited as one of the best ways to reduce stress.
So should daily stresses be getting on top of you, coupled with a spouse who does not want to have sex, it could be a good idea to find an extra marital-lover with which to indulge in a bit of nookie with.
