Women prefer hairy extra-marital lovers

Adulterous men considering getting their chest waxed in order to attract the amorous affections of a mistress should think again, as a recent survey has revealed that women today are looking for a "real man".

The study by Sound Asleep showed that 85 per cent of the 3,000 women surveyed said hirsute was their preference in a lover, such as is found on lothario Tom Jones.

Only eight per cent of women said that they favoured the metrosexual groomed look, with the remaining seven per cent saying that they liked their man to have a "werewolf" amount of hair.

Women in the North East were most likely to vie for a bit of nookie from a hairy man as 97 per cent of women said that men should leave their body hair alone.

The biggest fans of the waxed look were women in the East Midlands, yet still only 15 per cent said that this was their preference.

So those men looking for a bit on the side should consider staying away from the beauticians and be proud of their excessive chest hair as it may lead to sex.
