Adulterous relationship may lead to better sleep

Adulterous relationship may lead to better sleep Having a bit of nookie as part of an adulterous relationship may lead you to have improved sleep at night.

That is because having an orgasm produces sleep-inducing hormones in the brain, which will help you drift off into a peaceful slumber.

Such is the opinion of the Sleep Council's Jessica Alexander, who was writing for the Guardian on how to get a good night's sleep.

Although exercise will keep you awake – perhaps fantasising about your extra-marital lover – having sex is "conductive to sleep".

So those having a secret affair may want to consider meeting for a pre-bedtime sex-session, as they will be helping themselves not only quash their amorous desires, but will also end up feeling better rested.

This also has a number of health implications, as a recent study showed that those who get less than six hours of sleep at night are 12 per cent more likely to die early.
