Loud sex gets couple arrested People playing away from home should be warned not to get too carried away when having a bit of nookie as it may land them in jail.

A couple in Israel were arrested last week for noisy sex after neighbours called police to alert them to the sound level produced, Ynetnews.com reports.

Four officers were sent to the address where the moans and groans were coming from, and initially only gave the pair a fine of $100 (£17).

The female culprit told the news provider: "The officers' accusations and their aggressive attitude shocked me, so I answered them cynically.

"When I asked the officers whether they didn't make noises when they had sex, I must have hurt the uniformed souls profoundly,"

This reaction, along with the refusal to give identification, saw the pair in cuffs and down the police station.

Although released after interrogation, those having a secret affair may want to consider keeping decibels down so as to avoid a possible trip to court.

It was also recently revealed that a quarter of women feign noises during sex so that they can manipulate the situation and make their partner feel good.
