Secret affair could help with weight loss

Secret affair could help with weight loss Partaking in an adulterous relationship may help you stay healthy and even lose weight.

One journalist recently decided to investigate which activities burnt most calories by attaching a Ki Fit lifestyle armband - a gadget using sensors to measure continuously motion, steps, body temperature, heat flux and galvanic skin response.

Writing for the Independent, journalist Jo Payton found that shopping and sex were the most calorie burning activities.

She wrote: "During a manic shopping trip I was seeing off three-and-a-half calories a minute, the same rate as at my weekly line-dancing class. I always knew shopping was good for me.

"Sex sheds calories too: an extended session of rumpy-pumpy with my beloved waves goodbye to 3.7 calories per minute."

Therefore, women looking to drop a few pounds may want to consider starting up a secret affair with an extra-marital lover, as doing so may lead to a new, toned bikini body.
