Sex important at the beginning of adulterous relationships

Sex important at the beginning of adulterous relationships Getting a bit of nookie is very important at the start of many relationships, no matter what age the courtship begins.

Such is the opinion of Keren Smedley, Coach and author at Experience Matters, a service that offers tailored programmes of one-to-one coaching for people of all age-groups.

Her comments were made after research by Kwai garlic supplements found that three quarters of adults aged 45 and over believe sex became less enjoyable when they entered their forties.

In response, Ms Smedley said that in actual fact, many people find their sex lives improve with age.

This may be due to the start of a secret affair, which sees bedroom antics improve after some discreet dating leads to a bit of nookie.

Ms Smedley said: "I certainly think for 45 year olds up to 55 when they meet someone new they have an enormous amount of sex."

According to research by OnePoll, a whopping 63 per cent of people admit there is a lot they could do to improve their love life and 39 per cent have even considered leaving their partner.
