Adultery could be in the genes

Adultery could be in the genes A new study has revealed that men may partake in an adulterous relationship because of genetics.

It has been claimed that some men have DNA that makes them genetically prone to taking a mistress, KCBD.com reports.

According to relationship expert Dr Brenda Wade, there was a Swedish study that looked at 1,000 twins which showed that there is a bonding chemical within some men that makes them less likely to stay married.

The news provider quotes her as saying: "There's a gene that's been shown, that if men have this particular gene or a variant of the gene, they have more trouble in relationship."

Supporting this, the Washington Post also reports that a study looked at 1,000 couples and found a gene called allele, which if men have two copies of in their DNA, they are more likely to encounter marital discord.

Therefore, men currently resisting the urge to partake in a bit of nookie should be advised to take the plunge, as they may well have genes that make playing away from home inevitable.
