Having an extra-marital affair is good for health
23 Jun 2010
A recent study showed that people aged over 45 have an infrequent and low quality sex life, but taking an extra-marital lover could re-ignite passions and lead to bolstered bedroom antics.Researchers suggest that people over this age should consider adding sex into their exercise routine as it is a fun way to maintain optimum heart health.
Iain Laing, spokesman for Kwai Garlic, commissioners of the study, said: "Looking after your health is vital as you get older and sex shouldn't be excluded from your life because of worries about putting a strain on your heart.
''It should be embraced, both as a way to keep life exciting and also of looking after your heart, which may help the 37 per cent who don't have enough energy to perform at all.''
However, with a third of respondents saying that they had cut short a sex session because they were too tired, it may, therefore, be imperative for some to indulge in a bit of nookie in a secret relationship, as not doing so may compromise health.
So the next time adulterers find themselves playing away from home, they can do so in sound mind as it is recommended as part of a regular exercise routine.
