Men admit reasons for infidelity Many men may participate in adulterous affairs, but that does not necessarily mean they do not love their wives.

Talking to the Mirror, a number of real-life lotharios have admitted the driving forces between their cheating ways.

Tom, 29, told the newspaper that he has been having a secret affair for six months because he and his wife no longer have sex following the introduction of three children to their family in the past five years.

"Even if I try to kiss or cuddle her, she pushes me away," he said.

"I get upset and we row. She accuses me of being a sex addict. I miss the closeness as well as the sex."

Meanwhile, Paul, 31, says that he and his wife have a "great relationship" and a "good sex life" but admits he is addicted to the thrill that comes with playing away from home.

While infidelity will often lead to the breakdown of a marriage, it can also be seen in different lights from different cultural perspectives.

In fact a recent poll indicated that Russians take a particularly lenient view towards adultery, even when the adultery is made public.ADNFCR-2938-ID-19808672-ADNFCR
