Larry King working through 'infidelity'

American chat show host is said to be working through issues of infidelity in his marriage.

The 76-year-old recently announced he and his partner of 13 years, Shawn Southwick, were to divorce following rumours of adultery.

However, reports now sate that the pair have reconciled their relationship.

In a joint statement, the couple, who have have two young children together, said that their love of each other and their offspring was "all that matters", shaking off any stigma regarding their unfaithful relationship.

Moving forward, King and Southwark said they are committed to resolving their differences.

"We want to thank our friends for their loyal love and support — for being there for us," they added.

It is not just American TV personalities that are surviving allegations of adultery.

In the UK, British presenters Vernon Kay and Tess Daly have remained united in the face of a secret affairs episode.

Earlier this year, Family Fortunes host Kay admitted to a string of extramarital communications with several women, with whom he shared explicit text messages.
