Going green seems to be all the rage these days and those entering the married dating scene are not exempt from the phenomena.

According to MSN news, whisking a lover out on an eco-friendly date is a sure fire way to win over their affections, which could land you a bit of nookie.

To coincide with international Earth Day today (April 22nd) the news provider has a few suggestions to turn you into a green love machine.

It recommends lovers "ditch the car" and instead take a walk in the warm evening air or enjoy a picnic under the stars. Adulterers could even throw in some animal-friendly treats such as vegan chocolate or cake.

For those who are certain of getting a bit on the side tonight, eco-friendly undies made with sustainable materials such as organic cotton or bamboo can be a good way to show your love of nature, while enticing your extramarital lover.

Just remember to make sure you cover your tracks as well as your carbon footprint or your cheated spouse may be left turning green with envy if your secret affair is exposed.
