Unfaithful Brits score holiday freebies

Those who are planning to take their extramarital lover for a romantic getaway this summer can rest assured that they are not the only ones being unfaithful.A recent poll by Hotels.com revealed the variety of lengths to which people will go to in order to bag a few freebies while on holiday.
It may come as no surprise to fellow philanderers that the most common lie people tell their tour operators is that they are loved-up honeymooners, with 41 per cent of people admitting to this deception.
It is unlikely you and your secret lover will experience the real deal, if you are both married but looking, but leading your hotel to believe you're newlyweds can land you a kingsize bed, complementary room service or even just a bottle of champagne, which is sure to set your adulterous affair off with a bang.
Other deceptions holidaymakers reported included topping up bottles from the mini-bar with water, stealing dressing gowns and towels and not owning up about missed charges.
Meanwhile, a separate holiday poll by Tenerife.co.uk found that the Spanish isles are the most likely place for a woman to fall pregnant while on holiday, making it a potentially dangerous destination for extramarital lovers.
