No chance of getting a bit of nookie during the World Cup

No chance of getting a bit of nookie during the World Cup Women may find they will have to go without a bit of nookie during the upcoming World Cup, if the results of a new survey are anything to go by.

A recent poll by independent travel website sunshine.co.uk found that watching the international football event, which is due to kick off in Johannesburg, South Africa, on June 13th, is a high priority for men this summer.

Furthermore, those who were hoping to be whisked off on a romantic rendezvous to get a bit on the side under the hot sun, may find they are given the cold shoulder.

The study found that of the 27 per cent of men who have already booked their summer holidays and the 31 per cent who are planning to do so, almost two-thirds said they wanted to tune in to the games while on their travels.

Indeed, 54 per cent stated they would prioritise watching a World Cup match over any other activities on holiday this year, which may unfortunately include playing away from home with their extramarital lover.

However, statistics suggest there could be more women getting involved in the footie action, which is likely to impress some male adulterers.

According to the Football Association, the number of professional female football players has increased from 10,400 in 1993 to over 150,000 today.ADNFCR-2938-ID-19720691-ADNFCR
