Adulterous Tiger now 'out of the woods'

Adulterous US golfer Tiger Woods may have received his strongest public encouragement yet that his infidelities are all but forgiven.

While his wife, Swedish model Elin Nordegren, has stood by his side since rumours of his adulterous ways first broke, many were speculating as to what stance his biggest sponsor would take.

But in its most prominent display of support yet, Nike has officially re-endorsed the star by shooting him in an upcoming TV commercial, according to TMZ.

Although the sportsman may have become infamous for playing away from home of late, the news provider says this is one event that was shot in his own backyard, as the camera crews were invited into his humble abode.

The father-of-two has even gained the friendship of US president Barack Obama who apparently contacted the golfing pro to lend his support.

His secret affairs have become an issue for much public debate and he doesn't appear to have lost many if any of his huge fanbase.

The adulterous Tiger was even the topic for much trivialisation and humour recently as he was attributed in a episode of the hit cartoon comedy show South Park, something that only adds to a celebrity's status.
