In an interview with Us Magazine, 44-year-old stunner Cindy Crawford reveals how in addition to keeping fit and healthy and eating a balanced diet, believing in yourself will make you feel glamorous.

Commenting on what it takes to get the ultimate bod, she said: "Just being happy and doing work that you love.

Self-confidence is really what's attractive in people, and I think that that comes out."

In addition, the mother-of-two says it is important that people find a career that they truly enjoy as this will come out in the way they look.

American author Ellen Rakieten has also sang the praises of having sel-esteem.
