Tess Daly and adulterer Vernon Kay celebrate success

Celebrity couple Tess Daly and Vernon Kay showed a united front in what was their first public appearance following a string of sex text infidelities.

The married TV personalities appeared all smiles as they presented the Prince's Trust Celebrate Success awards in London's Leicester Square last night.

Kay was snapped with his arm wrapped firmly around his wife's waste, issuing a clear message that they have moved on from his secret affair with glamour model Rhian Sugden and several other SMS mistresses.

Daly has reportedly decided to give their marriage a second chance after her husband gave an on-air apology to the star during his BBC Radio show.

However, social commentator Charlie Brooker, of popular TV show You Have Been Watching, recently wrote in his Guardian column that celebrity apologies are "entirely unnecessary".

This is an opinion that seems to be shared with the public who have displayed a lenient viewpoint towards adulterous stars such as Kay and former England captain John Terry of late.
