In an interview with MTV, she listed the dos and don't of first dates, which may come in handy for those meeting potential extra-marital lovers in person.

She said eye contact is good, especially if you fancy your date and want to take things to the next level.

Never text or take a call at the table, as this can put people off. Instead, excuse yourself and visit the bathroom if you really have to respond to a message.

If you're a guy, Jessica believes you should pick up the bill, even if your date offers to pay.

And as for physical contact, the actress advised first daters not to reach over the table and touch their partner, but to play a sexy game of footsy instead.

Jessica has starred in numerous successful movies during her acting career, including Honey, Sin City and Fantastic Four.
