Eastender Amira in infidelity storyline

Following her husband's gay affair with Christian Clarke, Amira Masood is to embark on an adulterous relationship with another man in Eastenders.

The newlywed, who married Syed in an extravagant ceremony in the soap on New Year's Day, will fall into the arms of new arrival Danny Mitchell.

In a forthcoming storyline, Amira, who is played by 29-year-old Preeya Kalidas, will share a passionate clinch with the Walford charmer in an alleyway behind the Queen Vic pub.

Afterwards, she wonders whether to confess her infidelity to her new husband, unaware that he has also been cheating on her.

Elsewhere in soap land, Vicky Binns, who plays Molly Dobbs in Coronation Street, has praised the recent secret affair storyline in the soap.

Her character has been enjoying an adulterous relationship with married Kevin Webster behind husband Tyrone's back.

Neither Tyrone nor Kevin's wife Sally are aware of the infidelity.
