Who is mowing your lawn?

[Posted February 8th, 2009]

A very heartening true confessional in Guardian Mag yesterday about how a husband was cuckolded by his neighbour Colin who helped mow the lawn.  Worth reading it comes straight from the heart.

Love is bugging me

[Posted February 6th, 2009]

I rarely talk about other sites but there is free site - love is the bug - that I joined to check out and it is almost as crap as the old xtralations site before we shot it out of the water.  It seems to have been set up as a ‘we hate illicit encounters.com’  and they continually slag off IE.  I can’t object to that but their own site is appalling - they have the same 5 women visiting each week - the profiles take an eternity to load and they do not have a spellchecker so the site is peppered with errors of the their/there variety  - bring on Lynne Truss!!   The only messages I get on the site are from their admin asking me to recommend them and telling me how they have now saved up enough pennies from £5 upgrades that they can afford an advert in a London freesheet.   They also have a ‘blog’ which is nothing of the sort it is just a diatribe against IE.   Well at least when you google ‘adultery blog’ we are the one that pops up.

Tracking chips

[Posted February 6th, 2009]

I am really worried about the tracking devices that Google are marketing for mobile phones.  I don’t like them one little bit.  It is the thin edge of the wedge.  They say of course that you can choose to be tracked and that is is great to know where your kids are etc BUT I don’t like the thought that my wife would  sweetly offer me one of these gizmos as a ‘present’  and I would have to explain why I opted to turn off the tracking.

Whilst technology has been a boon for the philanderer-about-town I am increasingly worried that it will bite us in the arse.
