We are trialing this software but so ar the reaction is very positive indeed. I know I liked it when I came across it on a site some months ago and decided to incorporate it into the fabric of our new site design. I like the idea that potential loving links users can contact us by IM from their desks without needing to phone us when they are in an office enviroment.
